In the Plot the Model Settings window, it is possible to deselect lines for any formation/fault. 

You may also make lines transparent for faults/formations by making them transparent or 0 width via their Appearance Settings in the Project Explorer pane on the left side.

To do so, Right click the fault/formation->Appearance and update the Transparency/Line Width parameters.
