Intrepid Geophysics has to avenues for the acquisition of license keys, cookies.
- If you are a new user, Intrepid Geophysics provides a fully enabled, one month trial free of charge for new users.
OR - If you are already an existing user, providing your details accurately in the steps below will allow our staff to provide you with a cookie for your particular software license.
To request such a license:
- Download and install the software following the instructions at https://support.intrepid-geophysics.com/support/solutions/articles/43000035587-how-to-download-and-install-geomodeller- or by following the onscreen instructions found in the installers.
- Run the software, you will immediately be prompted to install or request a license by the License Manager.
- Select Email License Request and fill in your details.
- If you use a Desktop Application as your email client (Thunderbird, Outlook etc) Click Send Email... Your default email client will pop up for you to send the email, you may add any additional details you see fit.
- If you use an email webclient (Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo etc) Click Copy to Clipboard and manually send an email to support@intrepid-geophysics.com with a subject such as "License Request"
- Support will contact you within 24h to issue the license.
- When you receive the reply from support staff Copy the license key in the Enter License Key field (see image above). Be mindful of any leading or tailing spaces.
